Over the next three decades, while raising her two children, she successfully managed her private catering business and worked for the Memorial Healthcare System. Concurrently, she was building her career as a Florida Real Estate Agent, showcasing her exceptional multitasking skills and dedication. Mirtha's academic background, with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business.

Administration from Southeastern University, underscores her commitment to professional development and her ability to apply business principles to her real estate practice. When she is not at an Open House, showing homes, or searching for the perfect housing for clients, she enjoys relaxing on the South Florida beaches and devotes her time to cooking great food for family and friends.
